  Server was good. Food was terrible. The skirt steak while seasoned well was still bleeding when my wife wanted medium (not rare). My 20 oz mountaineer porterhouse was fairly dry and tough with very bland seasoning. The Buffalo style wing appetizers were average though Hot was more like Mild to me.
  Even the blue cheese salad dressing was watery with no blue cheese bits. The free bread was the only decent part of the meal.
  Today was my first and last time there. I'll stick with Texas Roadhouse for a steak fix.

  This is my go to place for Prime Rib, I like it rare so I try to arrive before the dinner rush although I have had magnificent medium rare late at night here. Throw in thier large loaded baked potato and scrumptious creamed spinach, well you will not find this quality at this value anywhere else in the greater area. The bartenders are always very attentive and courteous, I always sit there and get a tall draft with my meal, sometimes it's happy hour and there's a special on drafts. Yes there were other Boulder Creeks in NYC who were under different ownership they both folded. This one has always been better, if you have not tried this location you should.

  Great slabs of meat - my favorite is The Outlaw. Go in hungry and leave stuffed. Drink specials for happy hour are very reasonable.

  Typical steak house. Very All-American atmosphere, good food. A bit older demographic when we went but it's definitely worth a try, don't know why more people don't go here.
